Appointments are 50 minutes in duration and are provided in person in New Farm (Brisbane), or via Telehealth.

Standard clinic hours are 7:30am - 4pm on Wednesdays (flexible to discuss after school / after work hours).

Treatment begins with an assessment period (typically 1-3 sessions) to gain a thorough understanding of your concerns and goals. A treatment plan is then collaboratively developed to meet your specific needs and preferences.

Fees and Rebates

A standard 50 minute appointment is $270.

If you are referred under a Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP), you may be able to obtain a Medicare rebate for up to 10 therapy sessions per calendar year. The current Medicare rebate is $145.25, leaving a gap fee of $124.75.

Private health funds may also cover some costs for clients attending without a MHTP. Please contact your private health insurer directly to confirm your cover.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice. If less than 48 hours notice is provided, a cancellation fee will apply. The cancellation fee is 100% of the full appointment fee for less than 24 hours notice, and 50% of the full fee for less than 48 hours notice. Medicare and private health rebates are not available for cancelled or non-attended appointments.
